Hello, my name is David Phillips, Owner / President of Cedar Creek Fences. I have been in business since 1999 and managed customer serviced based businesses since 1985. Customer service, quality, and price is what it is all about. So many companies come and go, but I believe the ones that stick around offer the best overall customer experience and value. I take great pride in what I do and strive to exceed every client’s expectations…it is my goal and promise.
I provide a Turn-Key Project. When we finish a project, we leave you with a fully functional, completed project. I project manager is onsite throughout the entire build process and will make sure all debris , materials, old fence, tools, etc. are completely removed. We do not leave until you are completely satisfied. Most projects take several days to complete, and I understand the importance of maintaining a clean workplace throughout construction. Your home and property are left clean and organized at the end of each day while working on your project.
NO NICKEL AND DIMING APPROACH: I do not believe in giving a basic price, which appears to look appealing at first, just to turn around and offer numerous add-ons or options significantly increasing overall price. These add-ons can very easily account for 20 – 40 percent of the basic price originally quoted. I have a strong customer service and business background and believe in giving a fair price with added value. This is why every fence we build comes with a VALUE PACKAGE. Our Value Packages include such things as gates, decorative gate tops, kick boards, trim, top cap, among other things. Value Packages differ based on fence style and customer preferences. Just choose the style and size of fence, type of wood, staining, leveling, and of course a Value Package, you receive a set price and that is it. Designing and building a fence can’t get any easier than this.
I am dedicated to providing a quality fence installation. DFW can be a tough environment for construction…from sizzling heat to freezing temperatures, from no wind to tornadoes, from a clear sunny morning to hail in the afternoon, from clay soil to rocky soil, we seem to have it all. I understand all the elements DFW has to offer and the best constructions methods to best overcome these elements. Choose from a wide variety of styles, sizes, and materials. Only the best materials are used, including Wester Red Cedar, industrial stains, heaviest gauge .095 gauge metal posts, highest quality hardware (WAP-O), strongest concrete available and all post holes are dug 36” deep and no more than 6’ apart.
I am so confident in my process and craftsmanship that I offer a 10-year Conditional Warranty to give our clients peace of mind.
Every project is custom built on-site, nothing is ever built off-site. You can choose a design from our large gallery of styles, tell us what you want or show us a picture, and we can replicate it. We can also effectively blend a neighboring or adjoining fence with your new fence to keep everything cosmetically appealing.
Final payment is not due until job is 100% complete and you are satisfied.
